Our heart is to encourage you and share information to help you minister to your children and your families.
Dr. Val is an educator that has served in children’s ministry and Christian education for almost 30 years. Currently a full-time freelance writer, consultant, and conference leader, she is also the co-host of the KidMin with Dr. Val and Dr. Virginia podcast. A self-proclaimed geek – Dr. Val is an ardent fan of Disney, Dollywood, Star Wars, Marvel, the em dash, and the Oxford comma. If she and her husband Louis are not at a theme park…you can find her on Instagram or at a coffee shop drinking a London Fog while desperately trying to write.
Dr. Virginia serves as a preschool ministry director in Florida. She has a passion for equipping adults with the tools to disciple children well. She speaks at conferences and enjoys investing in children’s ministry leaders. Dr. Virginia has an MA and an Ed.D. in Christian Education, with a focus on child development and spiritual formation. When Virginia isn’t podcasting and blogging, you can find her at the local zoo and nature trails with her husband and twin preschoolers.
